CEBU, Philippines - SM Prime Holdings launched its newest development in Cebu, the SM Seaside City Cebu at the South Road Properties last April 8 at the Radisson Blu Hotel’s Santa Maria Ballroom.
SM bigwigs, Cebu City officials, the different clients of the mall and the media attended the launch of the development that is expected to become a major landmark at the South Road Properties.
SM Seaside City Cebu will feature a church, hotels, a conference and convention center, residential buildings and a 4-level, circular-shaped, world-class retail mall with an SM Department Store and SM Hypermart, a 5-theater Cineplex and IMAX Theater, an 18-lane SM Bowling and Amusement Center, a food court and over 800 food and retail shops that will include international brands.
The Cube, made of LED lights, will serve as SM Seaside City Cebu’s icon.
