Orient Flavors Spice Up Glo Café

CEBU, Philippines - Flavors of the Orient spice up the dinners at Glo Café & Lounge located at the 2nd Floor of Crown Regency Hotel & Towers from Sept. 15 to 30. Aptly dubbed as the “Oriental Food Festival,” the buffet menu offers Cold Cuts mix of Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian choices. You may follow it up with Tom Yam Kong, Fish Lips or Crabmeat with Sweet Corn at the Soup Station.

The Salad Station blooms in color with mixed green salad, cold prawn salad, Thai chicken salad, Spinach with sesame dressing and Thai beef salad and, in a little while, you are more than ready to proceed to the Hot Station. Savor a blend of gustatory favorites like Lapulapu in soy sauce, Scallop with Taiwan Pechay in Ox sauce, Fried Squid Special, sautéed Crab Ginger with Onion Leeks, Pork Ampalaya con Taosi, Clams with Garlic, Noodles Hong Kong style and sautéed Chicken with Cashew nuts. Over at the Carving Station, enjoy our tasty roasted suckling pig and Peking chicken which guarantee you a deliciously and distinctly Filipino garnish. The Rice Station offers a choice of plain rice, Yang Chow fried rice and Indonesia’s Nasigoring fried rice.

To complete your evening dinner, the Dessert Station waits as you take a pick of any or all of these - almond jelly with fruits, leche flan, buko pandan, puto kutsinta, sapin sapin, suman, Brazo de Mercedes and assorted fruits in season. This September Special at Glo Café & Lounge is worth P599 nett per pax and comes with a one round of iced tea or coffee.
