CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu Arts Foundation, Inc. (CAFI) is accepting entries for the 33rd Cebu Pop Music Festival. Entry forms together with the festival’s rules and guidelines are available at the UV Alumni Center, University of the Visayas, Colon St., Cebu City.
The festival is open to all Filipino song writers, local Cebu residents, or migrants elsewhere in the country or abroad. It is the brainchild of the foundation President, Congressman Eduardo R. Gullas and has opened opportunities for the flowering of the Cebuano’s innate and natural talent for music.
