MANILA, Philippines - Banco De Oro Unibank Inc. (BDO) is selling its 234,592,391 shares of Mabuhay Vinyl Corp. to Tosoh Corp. at P1 per share.
Bank officials could not be reached as of presstime, but the sale fanned speculations anew that it was in serious talks to acquire Export and Import Bank.
