Hamilo Coast boosts tourism potentials of Nasugbu

MANILA, Philippines - Nasugbu is poised to regain its old glory as the destination of choice for vacation goers coming from Manila and nearby provinces as the development of Hamilo Coast resort complex comes closer to full completion.

A project of SM Land, Hamilo Coast is a premier residential leisure development covering thousands of hectares of mostly forested land including 13 coves and a very long stretch of the finest coastlines. The plan is to provide a network of leisure communities with a variety of lifestyle experiences, especially those that bring the vacationer closer to nature.

The area for development is centered in Pico de Loro which offers family-oriented facilities as well as amenities for ball and racquet sports. Many families have made a home here, some more than just a weekend affair, by owning a unit or two in a row of residential condominiums that are almost all complete.

There are five clusters of residential condominiums with each cluster save one consisting of two mid-rise buildings. Each unit offers a view of the sea or the mountain or both. Eight of the buildings have been launched while the last building is set to be launched in the near future.

But you don’t have to own a condo unit in Pico de Loro to enjoy the natural beauty and breathe the clean air of Hamilo Coast. By next year, club members and guests can check in at a 150-room boutique hotel named Pico Sands Hotel.

Then you can spend your weekends enjoying the facilities of Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club including a variety of land and sea-based activities like kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, biking and hiking trails. And if you don’t fancy the sea, you can just take a dip in the swimming pool.
