Best practices in effective team communication

MANILA, Philippines — According to research, 86 percent of employees and executives cite lack of collaboration or ineffective communication as reasons for workplace failures. To help organizations boost their team’s efficiency, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a special online training entitled, “Effective Team Communication” on June 13, 2023 from 1:30 p.m.to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.

This three-hour online training is beneficial to anyone who works in a team-based environment regardless of role or level of seniority. It is designed to help participants develop essential communication skills to achieve effective collaboration, increased productivity, conflict resolution, morale boost, and team innovation among team members.

Learn from CGBP course director and lecturer Kamaneson Ganeson, a Malaysia-based master trainer for various management systems including ISO 9001, 10002, 14001, 18001, 22301, 31000, 20000, TS16949 and 27001. He has rolled out many international quality and customer management training programs in Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines both for the public and private sectors with brand names such as AMEX, Sitel, Toshiba, Fujitsu, McDonald’s, Jollibee, BDO, SM, Metrobank, Cebu Pacific, SSS, PhilHealth and many more. He recently retired as vice president, head of total quality management and chief risk officer at Megawide Corp. In his four-year stint with the organization, he was also the designated coach and master trainer on various training programs for all frontline directors and project managers.
