RAMC to offer express trophy franchise

MANILA, Philippines - Raymundo’s Awards Manufacturing Corp. (RAMC) which recently introduced the first express “while-you-wait” trophies, plaques, personalized gifts, corporate giveaways, and home and office signages, is ready to expand the business through franchising.

The new concept has been embraced by the awards industry market as a new and innovative process to recognize feats or achievements in the fastest way possible.  And RAMC’s advocacy is to make this available to the other key urban and provincial locations in the country.

“There’s not one in the industry today that has this kind of service.  Our company has the only system of the express service type and concept and it will be available for franchise to interested parties,” said entrepreneur Gerald Raymundo, president and CEO of RAMC.

The franchise fee is P300,000 for a five-year period, renewable, including training, personnel, manuals and operation videos and right to use company logo, processes, store designs and business systems.

Another P120,000 is for the equipment needed such as high-end sublimation and ink jet printers, sublimation ink cartridges, a set of desktop PC, scanner and Heat, Cap and Mug presses.

With RAMC concept, the waiting time is reduced.  A client just needs to visit the main office in Kapitolyo, Pasig City or franchise stores in key locations, select from the exclusive Raymundo’s designs and the items will be ready for pick up before the day ends.

Also putting up a business like this is easy because a store need not be in a mall or commercial center.  It can done at home or at an alternative location, thus, minimizing start up costs.

Raymundo, one of the 10 awardees of the Happiest Pinoy among 13,000 nominees sponsored by PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, notes that it is important to have a strong network in an area where there is an abundant potential customers.

“For the franchise to succeed, there should be a dedicated point person who would implement the marketing and sales campaign pitch,” Raymundo said.
