MANILA, Philippines - In its 2010 annual shareholders meeting, Richard L. Lee announced his retirement as vice-chairman and CEO of Universal Motors Corp. to pursue personal interests after 26 years of service.
The board expressed its best wishes to Lee in his new pursuits.
Replacing him as vice-chairman and CEO is Dr. Wayne Y. Lee.
Dr. Lee obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.
