Ayon kay Senate Secretary Oscar Yabes, lumitaw sa legislative-journal ng Senado na nadaluhan ni Sen. Jinggoy ang 87 sesyon mula Hulyo 2005 hanggang Hunyo 2006.
Naka-perfect attendance din sa 1st regular session sina Estrada at Senate President Franklin Drilon mula Hulyo 26, 2004 hanggang Hunyo 8, 2005.
Bukod dito, nakapagsumite rin si Estrada ng 268 panukalang batas simula ng maluklok itong senador noong 2004.
"It is the responsibility of the senators, other lawmakers, and all elected officials to work hard for the welfare of the people. We owe it to the people and the voters to attend all congressional functions and serve their constituency sincerely," dagdag ni Estrada. (Rudy Andal)
