CEBU, Philippines — Temporaryong gipasarado sa lungsod sa Moalboal ang Pescador island sulod sa tulo ka bulan aron mahatagan og higayon ang marine ecosystem nga maka-recover human sa pangusokuso sa bagyong Odette.
"Due to the severity of the typhoon's destruction, the corals and other marine life at Pescador island were badly destroyed which will take time for the reefs to recover and rehabilitate," pagbasa sa resolution sa Sangguniang Bayan sa Moalboal.
Samtang sarado ang Pescador island, gibawal usa ang diving, snorkeling, island hopping ug ubang kalihokan sa maong isla.
