CEBU, Philippines - Gibutyag sa kanhi mayor sa siyudad sa Sugbo Michael Rama nga angayan mangandam si Mayor Tomas Osmeña kay matud pa daghan kini og nadungog nga estorya nga giingong nalakip ang ngalan sa mayor sa lista sa matud pa drug protectors.
“I think he should be ready because all that I have been hearing that he is the one who is being put in that black book included also his name, that’s what I’ve been hearing and listening and it also coming from reliable sources, remember he was the one being talk about and mine is only I think if I’m not mistaken insertion, it was him who was practically being talk about and why should it be me coming out,” sigon ni Rama.
Wala ra usab maguol si Rama nga gibasura sa Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office ang gisang-at niini nga Motion for Reconsideration kalabot sa kasong libel nga iyang gipasaka batok kang Osmeña.
Kahinumduman nga mipasaka og kasong libel si Rama batok kang Osmeña gumikan sa post niini sa iyang Facebook account nga matud pa si Rama duna’y “serious drug problem” diin ang iyang anak nga si Atty. Mikel Rama maoy mikuha og screenshot sa Facebook post nga giingong duna’y defamatory remarks. Ang maong kaso gibasura sa piskaliya sanglit wala’y nakitang kapasikaran aron kini isang-at sa korte. Apan si Osmeña miingon nga duna siya’y lig-ong witness kalabot sa iyang pamahayag ug siya mao si Presidente Duterte kinsa kapila na mihingalan ni Rama nga matud pa drug protector.
“I have the best witness President Duterte, what more do you want? Why doesn’t he sue Duterte for Libel, two times pa, the second time unsolicited, just two weeks ago, three weeks, to me the court is not important as to what I have to make the Cebuanos believe,” sigon ni Osmeña. (BANAT NEWS)
