LTO-7 gihatagan og computers sa DICT
CEBU, Philippines — Lima ka computers ang gi-turnover sa Technology Empowerment for Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (Tech4Ed) ngadto sa Land Transportation Office 7.
Ang Tech4Ed programa kini sa Department of Information and Communications Technology.
Ang maong mga computers anaa sa Malasakit Center sa LTO-7 sa Natalio Bacalso Avenue, Siyudad sa Sugbo diin makatabang kini sa tawo nga dunay transaksiyon sa ahensiya ingon man sa mga tinun-an ug uban pa.
Matud ni Director Amelia Dean, project manager sa Tech4Ed, nga ang ilang gibuhat mao ang pagpakig-alayon sa mga local government units ug national government agencies nga gusto mahimong beneficiary sa ilang mga computers.
Dili ordinaryo ang maong mga computers tungod kay naa kini e-learning contents sama sa ICT literacy, GAD contents, freelance, online workers, health, farmers ug uban pa tungod kay target nila ang tanang marginalized sectors.
“Lahat po naghihintay didto or even students can walk-in and the intent to offer the services for free, to students can use it at isang maganda kasi ngayon free na pati Wi-Fi. Even the ICT will be providing connectivity to all this computers so that they can research,” matud ni Dean.
Ang regional director sa DICT-7 nga si Leo Cipriano Urbiztondo Jr. niingon nga ang maong proyekto mas palambuon pa sa umaabot.
Subay niini, ang regional director sa LTO-7 nga si Victor Caindec nalipay sa maong proyekto nga gihatag sa DICT sa ilang ahensiya.
