Pito ka proyekto suportahan sa Konseho
CEBU, Philippines — Suportado sa Cebu City Council ang dili momenus pito ka mga proyekto sa Regional Development Council (RDC) sa Central Visayas nga gi-endorso sa RDC.
Kini human ang ubang miyembro sa Konseho miaprubar sa resolusyon nga gipangamahanan ni Konsehal Raymond Garcia nga nipadayag og suporta sa pipila ka proyekto nga makabenepisyo sa siyudad.
Nihimo sa maong lakang si Garcia nga maoy mangamahan sa resolusyon human nakita niini nga ang maong mga proyekto makatabang sa siyudad pagtubag sa problema sa trapiko.
Ang pito ka mga proyekto naglangkob sa Metro Cebu Expressway, Guadalupe-Lahug By-Pass Road, 4th Cebu-Mactan Bridge, Cebu Inter and Intra Island Sea Transport System, Intelligent Traffic System o Area Traffic Control, Geometric Modification of Selected Intersection, Road Widening sa road sections sa Metro Cebu, ug Cebu North road coastal project adjacent road sections.
Apan sa wala pa makakuha og approval si Garcia sa City Council dunay 16-minutes diskusyon tungod kay pipila sa konsehal ang mipadayag sa ilang kabalaka.
Si Konsehal Margarita Osmeña nangutana kang Garcia kon ang resolusyon limitado lang sa mga nahisgutang proyekto.
Mitubag si Garcia nga ang resolusyon nagtinguha pagsuporta sa mga proyekto nga makaayo sa siyudad.
Apan nangutana sab si Osmeña kon aduna na bay feasibility studies ang mga gihisgotang proyekto ni Garcia.
“I don’t know if all have feasibility studies but I am certain that some of them have feasibility studies, the Metro Cebu expressway and Guadalupe-Lahug but I don’t know this traffic intelligence system. I am not certain that all have but I am sure some," tubag ni Garcia.
Si Konsehal Eugenio Gabuya Jr. mi-abstain kay gusto una niyang makita ang design sa mga proyekto. -/IBM (BANAT NEWS)
