Transport groups nihangyo PUV modernization unya na
CEBU, Philippines — Nihangyo ang Alyansa sa Nagkahiusang Drivers/Operators Alang sa Reporma (ANDAR) ug National Confederation of Transport Workers Union (NCTU)-Visayas ngadto kang Cebu City Tomas Osmeña nga dili una ipatuman ang PUV modernization program sa siyudad tungod sa Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) program.
Buot ang grupo nga si Osmeña ang mosuwat ngadto sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) ug Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.
“The coming implementation of the BRT and the pushing of the DOTr’s PUV Modernization Program which will alter, change, revise and modify routes in Cebu City are two different things but the same effect in altering, changing, revising and modifying the routes and will have an effect to the transport groups if not addressed to,” matud sa duha ka transport groups sa ilang suwat sa mayor.
Giklaro hinoon sa grupo nga dili sila supak sa BRT ug ang PUJ Modernization.
“Our position is to implement first the BRT program of the City of Cebu before the PUV Modernization Program is implemented,” matud pa nila. (BANAT NEWS)
