At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated at 510 kms east of Luzon. The southwest monsoon affects Luzon and the Visayas.
Luzon and the Visayas will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming frequent rains over the western sections of central and southern Luzon.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Coastal waters in central and southern Luzon and western Visayas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
