Baybay City bridge now under repair

TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines — The Pamotosan bridge in Barangay Makinhas of Baybay City, about 130 kilometers southwest from this city, is now undergoing repair.

Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominico Petilla said vehicles, over three tons in weight, are not allowed to pass the bridge and are advised to take alternate routes:

In going to and from Tacloban, motorists should take the Baybay-Ormoc route, while those going to the south or to Maasin City in Southern Leyte are advised to take the Mahaplag-Sogod route.  (FREEMAN)
