Mild quake jolts Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted parts of Zamboanga del Norte before midnight on Monday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
Phivolcs said the quake, which occurred at around 11:05 p.m., was located at 32 kilometers southwest off Siocon town with a depth focus of 35 kilometers.
The tremor was felt at Intensity 2 in this city.
No damage was reported from the quake.
