Arci Muñoz, Brandon Boyd exchange 'I love you' signs at concert

MANILA, Philippines — Celebrities were spotted at the concert of American rock band Incubus last Saturday night at the Araneta Center, Quezon City.
Filipino international DJ and former actor Tom Taus opened the concert with a mix of EDM (electronic dance music) and drums.
At the mosh pit, reactions varied on Tom’s surprise opening act: some watchers did not know who he was; while others who did recognize him as the child actor that portrayed the Filipino version of “Cedie” could not believe that he has become a DJ. While Tom's music made some dance, the crowd of mostly rock fans took their time to get accustomed to the sound.
Tom, though, was so energetic and engaging. His tribal and samba-like drums between his mishmash of EDM and rock songs brought the “Bora” or beach “feels” to Araneta.
Also seen at the concert’s mosh pit were rock star and “It’s Showtime” TV host Teddy Corpuz; celebrity couple Kean Cipriano and Chynna Ortaleza-Cipriano; Journey frontman Arnel Pineda; “The Good Son” star Alex Medina; and model and football player Anton Del Rosario.
But among the celebrities in the concert, the one who stood nearest to the band was actress Arci Muñoz.

Arci, wearing a black, vixen-like mini dress paired with thigh-high boots, came in with two friends, who seemed to be a couple, but her Korean boyfriend Anthony Ng was nowhere in sight.
The actress and her friends then watched the performance, with Arci drinking and dancing to her favorite Incubus tunes.
But when it came to one of Incubus’ biggest hits, “Anna Molly,” Arci and the band’s vocalist, Brandon Boyd, looked at each other and flashed “I Love You” hand signals at each other.

Arci also uses the name “Ramona Thornes” to refer to her rock star alter ego as vocalist of heavy metal band Philia.
When the concert ended, Arci exited through the same backstage door, where Brandon and his band mates also went.
Arci did not post anything about being at the Incubus concert. Her Twitter and Instagram pages revealed that she would be at Okada Manila for rapper Nelly’s concert later that Saturday evening.
According to latest news reports, Brandon is currently single, but has been notorious for dating actresses like Carolyn Murphy, Jo Bourne-Taylor, “Casino Royale” star Jessica Miller, and Vanessa Marra, as well as model and TV presenter Lisa Snowdon.
