MANILA, Philippines — After the controversial "pee" issue between actors Baron Geisler and Ping Medina as well as "Bubog" film director Arlyn Dela Cruz, the Professional Artist Managers, Inc. (PAMI) decided they will inhibit all their talents from accepting projects involving Baron and Arlyn.

PAMI said it has called for an emergency meeting after they received the letter of complaint filed by Ping last November 30 wherein Baron urinated on the former while shooting a scene for the film Bubog, which is being directed by Arlyn.

The group said it strongly condemns Baron’s “disgusting act and behavior” of peeing on Ping without his permission.

“After a thorough discussion and deliberation during the meeting, in the presence of Geisler's manager and PAMI member, Arnold Vegafria, PAMI unanimously arrived at the decision to inhibit all our artists from working with Geisler in any movie and television projects for an indefinite period,” the official statement of PAMI read.

“As managers, when we send our artists to the set, it is with our complete trust that the producer and director will protect and ensure the safety of our artists. Therefore, we have also unanimously agreed to inhibit all our artists from accepting any projects involving Arlyn Dela Cruz,” it added, saying that it is for the healthy, safe and professional working environment of the industry.

Arnold, a PAMI member and also Baron’s manager, accepted the group’s decision. He assured PAMI that he will refuse to accept any projects until such time that Baron is mentally fit and psychologically stable to resume his work as an actor.

The manager also filed a formal complaint questioning the capacity of the movie's producer/director,  to exercise control and assume full responsibility on the set, that could have prevented this regrettable incident to happen. Arnold previously said Baron is not the sole at fault in the incident.

Like Arnold, his talent Baron apologized and said he accepts PAMI’s decision. He said he is willing to wait and vowed to work hard to get better.

Baron maintained that the incident was a misunderstanding. "Let’s see. PAMI, I am sorry if you do not want me to work with your co-actors or stars, I will understand. I will move on but sana po maging biased po sila alamin kung ano talaga ang katotohanan," he was quoted as saying by other reports.

In a Facebook post, Baron also enjoined the public to watch his documentary which Arlyn earlier revealed as the project the former is promoting that allegedly led him to make an issue while shooting her film. The documentary showed Baron and actor Kiko Matos’ fight as a part of a social experiment.

He said it might be his last project given the controversy.
