James Yap tells GF: ' Wala namang dapat pagselosan'

MANILA, Philippines – Basketball player James Yap said all is well between him, girlfriend Michela Cazzola, and ex-wife Kris Aquino.

 

Michela reportedly took to her Instagram account last week and posted: “There are some things that money cannot buy like manners, morals and intelligence!” Many believe the post is a swipe against Kris.

 

On June 13, Kris posted a photo of herself with James and their son Bimby with the caption: “Cool lang kaming lahat. Advanced Happy Father's Day James.”

 

But James said Michela has not to worry about. “Wala namang dapat pagselosan,” he said in a taped interview aired on GMA-7's showbiz talk show on Saturday, June 21.

 

He added, “Lagi ko naman sinasabi na, 'Wala nang iba kundi ikaw lang,' maliban na lang sa anak ko. Saka naiintindihan naman ni Michaela yun, na syempre first priority ko ang anak ko.”

 

Meanwhile, on “The Buzz” on Sunday, June 22, Kris said she would be happy if James decides to marry Michela.

 

On the ABS-CBN showbiz talk show, Kris shared how she mistakenly thought James and Michele were having a prenuptial pictorial. However, it turned out the photo shoot was for a magazine.

 

Kris further narrated, “Then after that, lahat sila tinatanong, ‘Kung magiging totoo, ano ang magiging opinyon mo?’ And I said, ‘Swear to God, ibigay ko na ang lahat ng kayamanan ko, happy ako for them!’”

 

The TV host-actress added she appreciated that Michela is “being nice to my son.”

 

“Yun lang yun talaga, wala na kaming anger ni James sa isa’t isa. And I feel that she will make an effort to welcome my son and be good to my son, and that’s all that matters,” she said.
