6th CSCRO7 Run slated September 2
CEBU, Philippines - The Civil Service Commission Region 7 will stage its sixth edition of the CSCRO7 Fun Run slated on September 2 at the Camp Lapu-Lapu in Barangay Apas, Cebu City.
The annual run is part of the month-long activities for Philippine Civil Service Commission's 117th anniversary.
The charity run is for the benefit of the families of public servants who died in the line of duty. Proceeds of the run will be used in providing scholarships and financial assistance to the families of public officials and employees.
The race features the 4K and 7K categories. Cash prizes and medals will be given away to the top finishers.
The organizers are expecting close to 1,500 fitness enthusiasts to join their race. They also encouraged all government agency heads to allow their officials and employees to take part in the event.
Registration fee is pegged at P350 with singlet and P150 without singlet.
Entry forms are available at the CSC Regional Office 7 in Barangay Sudlon in Lahug and Mega Cebu Office.
