Cityland unveils Pines Peak Tower 2

MANILA, Philippines - Cityland is launching Pines Peak Tower 2 following the successful turnover of the first tower.

The company’s latest project is a 27-story residential condominium that will rise side by side with Tower 1 along Pines St. Brgy. Barangka in Mandaluyong City. It is a block away from the major thoroughfare of EDSA near Shaw Blvd., Pioneer and the MRT Boni station.

 Among the amenities include a swimming pool, gym, multipurpose function room with movable playset, viewing deck, and 24-hour association security.

The residential units are carefully designed with different sizes such as studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom types available in friendly and flexible payment scheme.

Last January, the company launched two new residential projects, the Grand Central Residences and Pines Peak Tower 1, which are both located in Mandaluyong.

Grand Central Residences, located along EDSA corner Sultan St., Brgy. Highway Hills, is a 40-story commercial, office and residential condominium while Pines Peak Tower 1 is  a 27-story residential condominium.

These projects are easily accessible to various commercial centers like Shangri-La Mall, StarMall, Robinson’s Place Pioneer, SM Megamall, The Podium, Metrowalk as well as schools such as Lourdes, St. Paul, UAP and other places of interest.
