CEBU, Philippines - Gikanselar sa Pop singer nga si Justin Bieber ang nahabilin niyang mga world concert tour nga "Purpose" sa wala’y klaro nga rason .
Maligsan sa maong kanselasyon ang nahabilin niyang 14 ka concerts sa North America ug Asia.
