Today is a historic day for the Philippines.

Our God-sent leader, Leni Robredo, will enter another new world of service for God, our people/our country as she bids us goodbye as our Vice-President.

Thank you sincerely, our dear VP Leni, for the wonderful six years of genuine public service/servant leadership you shared with our people and our country!

Always a reluctant candidate, you never chose to be in politics. Yet, you obeyed God who chose you to show all what a true servant leader of the Lord is.

You never called attention to yourself.

Ever humble, ever simple.

You went about your service with much energy/enthusiasm/love and compassion.

Your tsinelas brand of leadership with your husband, Jessie Robredo, the president this country should have had as well, will always be remembered and appreciated.

You clearly showed all that you were doing what you love to do- serving God where He sends you, the best you could, no matter the costs or the challenges!

The guns of Marawi and terrorism did not stop you from embracing the victims of bombing and harmful/misplaced policies.

No distance, no rivers, no mountains could keep you from being with our poor and needy.

No erratic politicians who believed and acted like they were gods could cause you to give up your genuine public service for God and our people!

You proceeded to honor and serve our one true God and He amply rewarded you with His peace, protection, providence, and most especially, His presence.

What a trail of exemplary achievements you have shared for our needy, for our country.

Your genuine transparency will be difficult to match especially by those who depend not solely and fully on God as you do but on their own mortal power/wealth/interests.

Who will not remember how you shared and accounted for even personal gifts given to you? You have diligently and carefully accounted for every single centavo spent for projects and projects para umangat ang Filipino.

You will be remembered for this legacy- your simple but emphatic way of honoring our people by responsibly spending and using public funds for genuine service for the marginalized.

Thank you for your honest and sincere servant-leadership, our dear VP Leni!

Your quick response for assistance will also be missed.

Your Office of the Vice President speedily assisted and referred several migrants in distress we wrote to you about to the offices concerned abroad and in the Philippines. Our sincere thanks to you and your very efficient staff for your speedy/compassionate response and assistance!

Your intelligent, evidence-based approach to the pandemic and other social problems will also be missed.

You remained very calm and unfazed by so much lies and mis/disinformation about you and your children.

Instead, your love for God and His truth, your patient/peaceful composure for handling untruths/falsehoods/deceit/even dishonesty calmed millions of kakampinks and even those in the opposition.

You always guided everyone back to God as “the way/ the truth/and the life.”

You certainly raised the level of politics beyond the secular, all the way up to the sacred.

The rallies for/with you were always gatherings where love and compassion flowed for all! There was matchless genuine sharing from, for all!

God bless you more, our dear VP Leni!

Thank God that as you end your term as our unforgettable/one and only VP Leni Robredo this June 30th, you will still be with us all as you launch your Angat Buhay program on July 1, 2022.

We continue to joyfully join you in firmly believing that God certainly has plans for you/family, for us/for our country and that in His way/in His time, His Divine justice and truth will reign and prevail for us all to prosper!
