Today, Lord, allow us again please to lift up our prayers to You for we have no one else to turn to but You!

In the midst of so much uncertainty, so much fear during this pandemic, be our anchor, be our strength, be our faith and fortitude, Lord, hear our prayers.
Protect us from the virus and the variants, Lord.
And let us focus on You, Lord, not on the fear, not on the load this pandemic and evil forces want us to carry on our own, without You, Lord.
Widen our view, Lord, and allow us to catch any tiny spark of hope from research, for example.
Is it correct to have some ray of optimism, Lord, when we learn from our COVID data-tracking partners that statistics in India and in Indonesia show that the Delta variant cases spiked BUT decreased after two months?
While we grieve for each and everyone, for all who lost their lives and those afflicted with COVID and other ailments during this pandemic, Lord, thank You for allowing us to glimpse another hopeful data from India and Indonesia that show the per cent of deaths to be lower per million of population.
Is it correct to interpret this low percentage of deaths per million and the recoveries as promising information, Lord, that perhaps, just perhaps, while the delta variant may be faster in transmission and affect so many, that it may not be as vicious and deadly IF vaccination, health protocols and other precautions are taken?
Lord, please guide our medical and research experts to more fully understand the behavior and details of the COVID virus and variants. Please lead them to know soonest how to stem and stop these.
May the cure and control of this pandemic be Your next promising blessing and grace to come our way, soon, we pray. Lord, hear our prayers.
And, Lord, in the midst of all these sickness, death, fear and hopelessness, please deal with the abusive who take advantage of public funds and resources that rightly should serve the needy poor.
Thank You for the honest, courageous, and God-fearing among those in COA and other agencies, Lord.
Thank You for sharing Atty. Jake Cimafranca who boldly audited DOH. We lift him to You, Lord, to enjoy Your reward for him, Your eternal love and peace.
