OUT FOR BLOOD. The video of a policeman shooting dead a former soldier in Quezon City has been circulating in social media. According to an observer it seems the policeman who shot Winston Ragos seemed eager for blood.
“Siya ni-una og ti-un, iyang mga kauban wa g’yud gibuhat. Dugay g’yud niya giti-unan. Mora’g ganahan lang g’yud to siya makapatay,” the observer said.
The policeman has been charged with homicide by his superiors.
