Martin Paulate as Justice of the Peace of Siasi and Tapul, Sulu.

Eugenio Suarez as Justice of the Peace of Pangaturan, Marungas, and Patikul, Sulu.

Jose Borlongan as Justice of the Peace of Sitankai and Sibutu, Sulu.

Mariano Manacula as Justice of the Peace of Bungao, Balimbing and Sumunul, Sulu.

Angel Jamias as Justice of the Peace of Talipao and Maimbung, Sulu.

Manuel Dalman as Justice of the Peace of Dapitan, Zamboanga.

Tomas Libago as Justice of the Peace of Siocon, Zamboanga.

Joaquin Hacbang as Justice of the Peace of Batngon, Leyte.

Gavino D. Gaviola as Justice of the Peace of Baybay, Leyte.

Epifanio Villablanca as Justice of the Peace of Burauen, Leyte.

Marcial B. Estela as Justice of the Peace of Jaro, Leyte.

Rufino A. Astorga as Justice of the Peace of Carigara, Leyte.

Anastacio Azcarraga as Justice of the Peace of Dagami, Leyte.

Dominador Veloso as Justice of the Peace of Liloan and Pintuyan, Leyte. Judge Veloso became a lawyer on December 5, 1931. He was appointed Justice of the Peace of Liloan and Pintuyan, Leyte, on February 8, 1946. He was later appointed as assistant fiscal of Cebu. He was Veloso was the son of Don Tereso Veloso (who was the son of spouses Don Guillermo Veloso and Doña Antonina Gantuangco).
