CEBU, Philippines — The Joemang’s Surplus-University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters shoot for their fourth straight win as they take on the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars in the 2019 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) Partner’s Cup today at the Cebu Coliseum.
Game time is set at 7 pm.
The Webmasters currently enjoy the solo lead in the seniors division with a perfect 3-0 slate.
After crushing the Cebu Landmasters-University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors, the Webmasters went on to beat the Tough Gear/Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Wildcats and the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers.
The Jaguars, on the other hand, will try to barge into the win column after suffering back-to-back setbacks at the hands of the Southwestern University (SWU)-Phinma Cobras and the USC Warriors.
In the juniors division, the SWU-Phinma Baby Cobras will go up against the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) at 5:30 pm.
The Baby Cobras tote an even 1-1 record while UCLM is still winless in two starts. (FREEMAN)
