Titan Cup: Springdale bags U9 title

CEBU, Philippines — Paref Springdale claimed a championship trophy on their own turf after upending City Central School, 3-0, in the under-9 division finals of the 6th Titan Cup yesterday in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City.

Euan Seno scored the first goal for Springdale, while Zach Ros and Luis Seno added one goal apiece.

Paref Springdale, however, missed a double title after losing in the under-11 finals at the hands of the Guardian Strikers, 3-1.

Giuseppe FC, for its part, bagged the under-7 title. Giuseppe also collected two bronzes through the under-9 and 11 divisions while the University of San Jose-Recoletos’ Balamban campus got the third spot in under-7.
