CEBU, Philippines – The 2nd Cebu City Triathlon will be staged on January 24 still at the Cebu City Sports Center.
The organizing Cornerstone Group though will effect a slight change in the event's bike route. This time, the bike portion will be "draft legal," hence, teamwork will be a huge factor in winning.
The sprint distance race covers 750-meter swim at the CCSC pool, 20-kilometer bike and 5K run.
The categories to be contested are the men and women's elite, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49 and 50-above.
As usual, there will be a relay competition.
For those who have not yet registered, one can enlist by downloading the entry form posted on the event's FB page and submit it with the payment at either Bricks Multisport in Cebu IT Park, Drawingboard Incorporated near Redemptorist Church, Autofocus in Banawa or at the CCSC.
For entries 15 to 17 years old, they need to submit their entry forms with their parents' consent. (FREEMAN)
