CEBU, Philippines - Multi-titled Cebuano rider Jon-jon Adlawan shone the brightest among the top performers during the third leg of the 2014 MS Motosuit Motocross Series billed as the 1st Toledo City Motocross Challenge staged last Monday in Looc II, Brgy. Bato in Toledo.
