At the beginning of the year, Kabilin which is the “First Heritage Home in a Hotel,” was recently awarded with the Best Merienda Buffet in Cebu! The Merienda or snack buffet has been served daily to both local and international guests from 2 to 6 p.m.

In celebration of National Heritage Month, Kabilin elevates local cuisine to new heights. The restaurant welcomes all its patrons to try out it`s highly talked about ala carte menu. Kabilin will now be open for lunch and dinner from 12 noon to 10 in the evening from this month onwards.

Kabilin’s delectable ala carte menu comprises of local Filipino favorites such as Pochero Cebuano (Simmered Beef Shank with Garden Vegetables), Halang Halang nga Pasayan (Sauteed Spicy Shrimp simmered in Coconut Sauce), Sinuglaw sa Kabilin (combination of Fish Ceviche and Grilled Pork Belly), Humba Cebuana (Famous Local Pork Dish) and Pescador (Deep-fried Special Local Fish).
