Feng Shui Cure for Fatigue

Tiredness or fatigue often comes from your daily grind. Yes, there are Feng Shui cures for the Cebuano “kapoy.” Here they are:

1.  Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water in a day. Water circulates vital chi!

2.  Sleep in accordance with your lucky health Feng Shui directions guided by a genuine Feng Shui Master.

3.  Cooking appliances in the kitchen must be compliant to feng shui principles for excellent nutrition and prevention of stress.

4.  Wear your energizing Feng Shui colors all the time.

5.  Decorate with your lucky colors, too.

6.  Never have a mirror facing your bed. It drains your energies.

7.  Never have your bed “tumbok” or at the T-junction or perpendicular to any door.

8.  Like above, same for working desk.

9.  Meditate 20 minutes upon waking and before going to sleep, every daily.

10. Exercise regularly; workout or best with qi gong or Tai Chi and yoga!
