White Christmas in ‘KMJS’

CEBU, Philippines - A special White Christmas experience awaits viewers tomorrow night as “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” travels to the Arctic Circle in Northern Europe to visit one of the anticipated top tourist destinations in 2017 and currently one of the top Christmas destinations in the world – Finland!

Aside from Finland’s sub-zero climate, one of the first things that the “KMJS” team notices as soon as they arrive here is how the Finnish treasure one of the most famous symbols of Christmas – none other than Santa Claus.

Jessica Soho gets to meet Santa Claus up close and even visit his house at the Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort. Here, Jessica also gets the chance to try the reindeer sleigh ride.

“KMJS” also visits the biggest ski resort in Finland, the Rura Ski Resort. The show also hopes to get a glimpse of one of Finland’s most famous attractions, the Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights.

From Finland, “KMJS” makes a side trip to Norway to try its famous King Crabs that could grow up to two meters long and weight as much as 16 kilos. But there’s a catch: before you get to try this mouth-watering treat, you need to catch your own King Crab!

Watch all these and more in the early White Christmas Special of “KMJS” this Sunday night after “Hay! Bahay!” on GMA-7. (FREEMAN)
