Designed to complement the lifestyle of young hardworking Cebuanos, each 15 sqm unit at The Pad Co-Living is complete with a bed with mattress, an ensuite toilet and bath, a work desk and chair, a closet, and air-conditioning.
The Pad Co-Living’s five-story building is also adorned with an in-house roof deck lounge, a shared cooking area, 24/7 security, and free wifi access ideal for those with remote work.
