It’s been four years since arch rivals Ateneo and La Salle face off in the playoffs of the UAAP men’s basketball tourney and understandably so, the anticipation is sky-high that tickets to today’s 4 p.m. matchup are hard to find, and if there are any, they command exorbitant prices in the black market.

Tickets for tomorrow’s UAAP Season 67 opener are still available at the Araneta Coliseum ticket booths but those for Sunday’s Ateneo-La Salle encounter, sad to say, have been sold out.

According to TicketNet, which deals with all Big Dome events, tickets to the Ateneo-La Salle game were sold out since Monday, meaning there’ll be no empty chairs for the early confrontation between the league’s most popular teams.
