So it was truly a fantastic red-letter day when el muy simpatico and dedicated former Ambassador Jose Zarate Oledan was conferred this honor. 


Since the Gran Cruz can only be conferred by the reigning Spanish monarch, it is a great honor that our very own Ambassador Oledan has received this most coveted title.
