[Summary] => CEBU CITY — An opposition city councilor believes that ailing Mayor Tomas Osmeña will eventually resign at the end of his six-month leave of absence.

Vicente Kintanar Jr., who was recently sworn in as councilor to take over the post vacated by Firmo Dayao who resigned last year, said six months may not be enough time for Osmeña to fully recover from the hypertension attack that has forced him to be hospitalized since early this month.

But Osmeña shrugged off Kintanar’s speculation, and accused the councilor of "dreaming."
