MANILA, Philippines - Pinalilipat sa ordinaryong kulungan si dating election supervisor Lintang Bedol mula sa kasalukuyang pinagkukulungan nitong PNP Detention Center sa Camp Crame sa Quezon City.

Ito ang inihaing mosyon ng Commission on Elections-Department of Justice prosecution team sa Pasay City Regional Trial Court.

Sa argumento ni Asst. State Prosecutor Maria Elvira Herrera kay Pasay RTC Judge Jesus Mupas ng Branch 112 na wala nang pangangailangan na manatili si Bedol sa Camp Crame dahil sa nabuno na nito ang sentensya na ipinataw ng Comelec sa contempt dahil sa paulit-ulit na hindi pagdalo sa imbestigasyon sa naganap na dayaan noong 2007 Senatorial Elections.

Si Bedol ay kasama sa kasong electoral sabotage na nakasampa din kay  Pampanga 2nd district Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at dating Maguindanao Governor Andal Ampatuan, Sr. 

Naglaho ito noong nakaraang taon makaraang atasan ng Comelec na tumestigo sa naganap na dayaan hanggang sa kasuhan ng contempt at mahatulan ng pagkakulong ng anim na buwan noong Hulyo 2011.

Pinalagan naman ng abogado ni Bedol na si Atty. Reynaldo Princesa ang mosyon ng Comelec dahil sa magiging katumbas umano ito ng “death sentence” sa kanyang kliyente kung ikukunsidera ang napakaraming pagbabanta sa buhay na natatanggap nito.
