The Baguio City Economic Zone (BCEZ) said the call center will accept worldwide reservations for all Intercon hotels.

Some IHG hotel brands are InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza and Resorts, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites.

The IHG call center is the first call center inside BCEZ’s Camp John Hay.
