MANILA, Philippines — Dasmariñas Monarchs clobbered Biñan Tatak Arellano U Lady Chiefs in Game 2, 25-17, 25-18, 25-21, and completed a perfect campaign in the 2025 Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association (MPVA) over the weekend at the Dasmariñas Arena in Cavite.
The Monarchs needed just over an hour to wipe out Biñan in the best-of-three finale en route to a sweet 16-0 sweep of the MPVA founded by MPBL chairman Manny Pacquiao.
Dasma became the first team in three seasons to essay a perfect season despite being new in the eight-club regional league.
Team captain Vange Alinsug and super rookie Sam Cantada fired 13 points each for Dasma, represented by the mighty National U Lady Bulldogs.
