MANILA, Philippines — Despite failing to bring a championship to UST in her final playing year, Sisi Rondina finishes her UAAP career with no regrets.

Rondina ended her stint with the Tigresses with a runner-up finish and a league MVP to her name.

But apart from the glory of the awards and accolades, Rondina leaves Espana with a thankful heart and a learned mind.

"Thankful [ako] because I wore in my jersey 'UST'," Rondina said after the match.

"Malaking nabago sa buhay ko dahil sa UST kaya wala [akong] regrets... I learned a lot. I gained a lot of experience," the graduating skipper said.

Rondina's career leaves an indellible mark in UST volleyball, and the high-flying spiker couldn't be more proud of representing the Espana-based squad.

"Thankful ako kasi I'm part [of UST] and to be called [a] Thomasian," Rondina said.

After her UAAP stint, Rondina is set to compete in the beach volleyball scene on May 23-26 at the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Boracay Open.
