PATTS strafes PSBA in NCRAA; De Ocampo blasts NCBA

MANILA, Philippines — Jestoni Loyola went a rebound away from posting a double-double performance in powering PATTS College of Aeronautics to an 86-57 demolition job of Philippine School of Business Administration-QC in the resumption of the NCRAA men’s basketball tournament at the A.R. Valdez Hall of PATTS College in Sucat, Parañaque.

Loyola finished with 24 points, 22 of them coming in the first half, while also pulling down nine rebounds. His solid all-around performance rubbed off on the rest of the Seahorses, who coasted to their third win in four games in Group B of the standings.

He had his best moments in the second period when he poured in 20 points that allowed the Seahorses to take a 43-26 advantage and didn’t look back.

So dominant were the Seahorses, who clobbered the Jaguars in the battle for rebounds, 65-40.

Like, Loyola, EJ Canelas also had a field day in offense as he hit seven three-point shots as De Ocampo blasted National College of Business and Arts, 99-58.

Canelas had two triples in the third period, then added five more in the fourth as the Cobras took the fight out of the Wildcats.
