Meralco Bolts to sign Chris Lutz

MANILA, Philippines – The Meralco Bolts have picked Chris Lutz from San Miguel’s unrestricted free agent list, the PBA announced in its Twitter account Monday.

The 31-year-old Lutz has been relegated by the Beermen to UFAWR2S (unrestricted free agent with right to salary) status. Per league rules, it is now up to him if he wants to play for Meralco.

Lutz was picked by San Miguel - then called the Petron Blaze Boosters - third overall in the 2011 PBA Draft.
