1 person shot after Cavs victory celebration

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police say a person was shot twice in the leg downtown after the Cleveland Cavaliers victory celebration.

The police department tweeted Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) that the injuries to the female victim were not life-threatening, and that a teen was in custody afterward.

The shooting happened Wednesday afternoon near Public Square after hundreds of thousands of fans had turned out for a parade and rally. There were no other reports of injuries.
