UFC bares ticket prices to Manila card

MANILA, Philippines – Tickets to the first ever Ultimate Fighting Championship Fight Night in Manila featuring a featherweight bout between Frankie Edgar and Urijah Faber have been priced more affordable than what was expected.

As a sweetener, the UFC also announced the inclusion of “The Filipino Wrecking Machine” Mark Munoz in the undercard for his retirement fight against the up-and-coming Luke Barnatt for the first ever UFC Fight Night in Manila on May 16.

SM Tickets will start selling on March 13 at 10 a.m. with tickets going as high as P13,250 and as low as P1,590.

The tickets are priced at P13,250 (VIP), P10,600 (Patron), P7,950 (Lower Box A), P5,830 (Lower Box B), P3,710 (Upper Box) and P1,590 (General Admission).

UFC Asia Executive Vice President Ken Berger said that the organization will decide whether this will be going to be an annual event based on the reception of Filipino fight fans on May 16.

UFC Fight Night Manila: Edgar vs Faber will also showcase Filipino fighters Mark Eddiva, Roldan Sangcha-an and Phillipe Nover in the undercard.
