MANILA, Philippines - La Salle Green Hills Team A, Lourdes School of Mandaluyong, Ateneo Team A and Marist School Team A advanced to the semis in SBP while San Beda-Rizal and Chiang Kai Shek College also entered the semis in Passerelle in the BEST twin basketball tournaments held at Xavier Court in San Juan.
The Greenies ousted Xavier School Team A, 46-34; Lourdes eliminated Don Bosco Technical College, 62-18; the Blue Eaglets showed the door on San Beda College-Rizal, 46-38; and Marist School Team A booted out De La Salle Santiago Zobel, 72-35.
San Beda averted a shutout as the Red Cubs ousted the Blue Eaglets Team A, 56-53, while the Tondo-based Chiang Kai Shek dumped defending champion La Salle Green Hills, 75-60.
