Sharon, 15 years obese, 6 years nagpapayat!

Malaki na ang nabawas sa timbang ni Sharon Cuneta sa nakalipas na anim na taon. Ayon sa Megastar ay hindi naging madali ang kanyang mga pinagdaanan upang makamit ito. “I’m very tamad to exercise. I’m thankful sa Ang Probinsyano na nakakatakbo-takbo ako. Pero when I’m working kasi I expend a lot of energy. So it makes me happy then it’s taken me six years to get here and I’m still a work in progress. Kung hindi ako artista, hindi ako vain. That’s why for 15 years I stayed really way overweight. I was obese because think I was content with my life and then at the same time, it made me very sad because I could no longer do what I love which is to act,” pagdedetalye ni Sharon.

Nagsilbing inspirasyon para sa aktres ang British singer na si Adele sa ginawang pagpapapayat. “I had Adele to look up to and say, ‘Yeah! It’s the voice. It’s the whole package, it’s not just the weight. It’s not just the looks.’ I’m sure she inspired a lot of people also because it took her a year or two to lose her weight. ‘Yung iba hindi ka naman nakikita regularly tapos bigla ka lang makikita, kung anu-ano na iniisip,” natatawang pahayag niya.

Mayroong payo si Sharon para sa iba pang nakararanas na katulad sa kanyang mga pinagdaanan pagdating sa pagpapapayat. “First of all, be happy with what you are, with what God gave you and what you have, whether it’s your body or your talents. Find your gifts and find out what you can do with them. Because everyone has a gift. And if you find yours, then you will not only make other people happy, but you make yourself happy as well because you’re doing what you love and what you were born to do. And I really believe we were all born to do something,” pagtatapos ng Megastar.

KD, magpapaseksi na rin

Bukod sa pagkanta at pag-arte ay susubukan na rin ni KD Estrada ang pagpapaseksi. Ang dating Pinoy Big Brother housemate ang magiging kauna-unahang cover boy ng Flex na isang digital video magazine ng Star Magic. “Sexy in a way na I’m ready to show more of myself, not go all out, pero show more of what I can do rather than showing my body. Ako ipi-flex ko ‘yung appeal, of course, my talents and my passions,” pahayag ni KD.

Bilang paghahanda ay kinailangan umanong mag-workout ng baguhang aktor upang maging maganda ang kalabasan ng bagong proyekto. “Siyempre workout, it’s still a photo shoot and I want to look my best. Just preparing myself mentally din. Kasi I will be the first ever cover boy of Flex. So I have to put my mindset to that din,” pagtatapat ng binata.

Proud na proud din si KD para sa katambal na si Alexa Ilacad. Ang aktres naman kasi ang magiging cover girl ng Slay na digital video magazine din ng Star Magic. “Nakaka-proud especially with my partner being part of this huge project and she is the first ever to cover Slay.
