Claudine, nanawagan na sa social media ng suporta ni Raymart sa kanilang mga anak
Diretsahan na ang paalala ni Claudine Barretto kay Raymart Santiago na “Real Dads Support Their Children Without The Law Telling Them They Have To!”
At nilagyan niya ito ng caption na naka-tag pa si Raymart : “This is for you @raymartsantiago fight fair for once in your life!!!,” sabi sa post ni Claudine kahapon patungkol sa dating husband na actor na karelasyon ngayon ni Jodi Sta. Maria.
Iba’t iba ang opinion ng followers ni Claudine sa nasabing post. Merong mga nagtatanong kung bakit ngayon lang nagsasalita ang actress tungkol sa sustento ng actor sa mga anak sa kanya na sinasagot naman ng ibang followers na hindi raw kasi nagko-comply si Raymart.
Marami ring followers niya ang nakaka-relate sa kanyang sitwasyon.
Last November nang kasuhan ng economic abuse ni Claudine ang ex husband.
Nakasaad umano ito sa Republic Act No. 9262 na - “Economic abuse refers to acts that make or attempt to make a woman financially dependent which includes, but is not limited to the following:
“1. Withdrawal of financial support or preventing the victim from engaging in any legitimate profession, occupation, business or activity, except in cases wherein the other spouse/partner objects on valid, serious and moral grounds as defined in Article 73 of the Family Code;
“2. Deprivation or threat of deprivation of financial resources and the right to the use and enjoyment of the conjugal, community or property owned in common;
“3. Destroying household property;
“4. Controlling the victims’ own money or properties or solely controlling the conjugal money or properties.”
Matagal na raw kasing hindi nagbibigay ng sustento ang aktor though may pagkakataon naman diumano na nagbibigay ito ng P14,000 pero hindi consistent sa dalawang anak nila.
