Cathy: Happiness is knowing you have done what you want and remain steadfast in your beliefs. Ang tinuod nga  happiness mao ang katumanan sa akong goals  dili lamang para sa akong kaugalingon but for those who I am serving. Like my family and our local government in Mandaue.

BNH:  Kun mananap ka unsa man ka ug ngano man?

Cathy: If I were an animal I would be a bird. The one that is small but flies high enough from the ground to reach the tallest parts of trees. I want to be able to soar like that bird and reach the peak of what I want in life.

BNH: Unsay imong laing gikalingawan gawas sa pag-artista?

Cathy: I work full-time as a legislative officer to Mandaue City Councilor Editha Cabahug, and a part time actress

BNH: Importante ba ang virginity para nimo karong panahona o dili na? Ngano man?

Cathy: I believe that Virginity should still be as important today as it ever was. Para nako mao ni ang labing importante nga butang nga imong ikahatag sa imong  partner for life. But then again I cannot speak for most people nor do I demand that this should be an accepted norm now.

BNH: Unsa nga sayup nga imong nabuhat sa 2012 ang dili na nimo buot balikan ug usbon ngano man?

Cathy: I made a lot of mistakes in 2012 the most significant ones I made were regarding my relationships. And I want to leave all of that behind and not bring it into the best year for me yet! 2013!

BNH: Walay nganlanay,unsa nga batasan ug abilidad ang angayan naa sa musunod nga gobernador sa Sugbo?

Cathy: The next Governor of Cebu or the incoming officials in general should have the qualities that of a parent. Kanang matang sa leadership that goes beyond just the position but actually exemplifies a genuine concern for the people of Cebu and what he/she can do to alleviate crisis and improve life for all sectors. Second, should maintain a smooth transition and will conduct its office the way a parent would their family with discipline, faith and closeness that will eradicate negativity and other means of failure like corruption and inter-office politics and ikatulo, ang bag-ong Governor as well as the incoming officials should possess the drive to go beyond what is expected and raise Cebu towards the ranks that it can achieve as a big metropolitan City of the South that is not only booming but also self-sufficient enough to foster economic health and prosperity.

BNH: Sa kadugay na nimo sa industriya, unsa ang labing sakit nga komentaryo nga imong nadawat sukad kabahin sa imong pagka artista ug unsa pud ang labing nindot?

Cathy: The best compliment I ever received for my acting would be that people can see how much I do try to work on my craft and to move towards different roles so as not to put me in a certain level of being an actress here in Cebu. The worst would be that I “cannot” act. But I embrace this fully because I know that I try my hardest every time I get a role I have to play. To say I cannot do something is a challenge to me and I would work towards proving people wrong in that aspect.

BNH: Unsa para nimo ang labing dakong problema sa mga local talents nga angayang hatagan og dinaliang pagtagad ug ngano man?

Cathy: The biggest obstacle for local talent is the diaspora that is being felt nowadays. Thinking that moving out of Cebu is a solution. However with people like Aida Patana of M Talents who put together programs that will help rich local talents become even more competitive with those that are working on a national scale, there is really no need to move away from Cebu knowing that the talent pool here is so deep that every year a new breed of artists spring from it.
